Abstract
The present study of steady two dimensional stagnation point flow of an incompressible viscous electrically conducting fluid over a flat plate is investigated. The governing partial differential equations are solved by finite element technique. It depicts that velocity profile decreases with the increasing values of porosity parameter K and increasing values of magnetic field parameter M. The velocity profile increases with the increasing values of the time t.
